Privacy Policy

Overview

Myillion lets you upload a photo and generate a new image using Google's Gemini API. We aim to keep your data local to your device whenever possible.

What we store

• Generated images are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB (with a small ordering index in localStorage). You can remove any image using the "X" button.
• We do not persist your uploads or generated images on our server by default.

What we send

When you click Generate, your uploaded image and the fixed transformation prompt are sent from our server to Google's Gemini API to create the result. The request includes:

• The image you selected (as base64-encoded data with its MIME type)
• The transformation prompt text

We do not add personal identifiers to this request. However, Google may process this content per their own policies.

Third parties

We use Google's Gemini API to process your image. Your use of the service is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. Please review Google's documentation and privacy materials for details on how your data may be handled by Google.

Data retention

• We do not retain your images on our server.
• Your browser keeps generated images until you remove them or clear site data.

Security

Images are transmitted to our API over HTTPS and forwarded to Google's Gemini API over HTTPS. As with any Internet service, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13. Do not upload images of children or any sensitive individuals without appropriate consent.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
